One cook.
Two dinners.
DinnerMeal is a small collection of dinners for American home kitchens, each one written as two nights: a bigger cook on the first, and a completely different dinner made from what is left on the second — so Tuesday takes fifteen minutes because Sunday already did the work.
Three cooks, six dinners
Each card shows both nights. The second dinner is not reheated leftovers — it is a different meal built from a planned surplus.

Leftovers are usually an accident. Here they are the plan.
Both nights tested
We cook night one, refrigerate the surplus exactly as instructed, and cook night two from it. Twice, before anything is published.
A different dinner
Night two is never the same plate reheated. It is a new dish that happens to start with something already cooked.
Storage stated
Every recipe says exactly how to cool, store, and how long the surplus keeps, because that is the part that makes night two safe.
